NASB Superintendent Search Service
provides assistance to school districts from start to finish when seeking applicants for the superintendent position. The NASB search protocol offers flexibility to the board, assures the board of total control over all key decisions, and allows the board to focus on selecting the individual who will provide the leadership the district is seeking. Through this collaborative working relationship, NASB serves to ensure a highly-professional search process that will attract the vest best applicants, and bring credit to the board for the manner in which the search is conducted.
In a direct response to our members' requests for assistance when hiring a superintendent, the Association responded by initiating the search service in November of 1982. For more than 28 years, staff has successfully completed more than 265 searches on behalf of Nebraska Boards of Education.
