CERTIFICATED EMPLOYEE INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS
The board will enter into a written contract with certificated employees, other than administrators. After that initial year, the employee is covered by the master agreement.
It shall be the responsibility of the superintendent or his/her designee, to complete the initial contract for certificated employees and present them to the Board for approval. That initial contract, after being signed by at least one board member and the employee, shall be returned to the superintendent/designee. The contract shall be kept on file in the Administration Office.
