SALARY DEDUCTIONS

 

                                    POLICY APPLICABLE TO ALL PERSONNEL

 

Upon written request by the employee, the Board authorizes the Secretary to deduct from monthly salary:

 

            A.        The amount necessary to cover the employee's group insurance.

 

            B.         The amount necessary to cover tax sheltered annuities.

           

            C.        Payroll deductions for professional dues.

 

            D.        United Way.

 

            E.         Wellness Program.

 

            F.         125 Plan.

 

            G.        YMCA Dues
