EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT IN DECISION MAKING
The Board will encourage employees to contribute their ideas for the betterment of the district. The staff will be asked to help in developing regulations, in establishing goals and objectives, and in planning curriculum, services, budget and facilities.
In devising rules and procedures for the operation of the schools, administrators will seek the suggestions of those employees who will be affected by such provisions. The professional staff will be given opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and to recommend regulations pertaining to students and instruction.
The superintendent will develop channels for the communication of ideas among staff, administrators and Board members and will inform the Board of staff opinion when presenting recommendations for Board actions.
