STUDENT ACTIVITIES FUNDS

 

All money received from activities by an organization or class shall be under the direct control of the school district. Such money shall be transmitted to the office and shall be receipted and recorded in the school activities account under the organization or class which has the activity.

 

Money received for classes or organizations through fund raising or any activity in which money is received, shall not be disbursed to individual members of the organization or class for their own personal use. No student may receive refunds of cash from any organization, class or activity fund, only that portion through class dues.

 

All funds intended for organization or class uses shall be approved by the authorized sponsor with the approval of the school administration.
