Assignment of appointees to positions shall be made by the superintendent upon recommendations of the principal.  Promotion in rank or salary shall be based upon training, types and extent of experience, and efficiency, in accordance with schedules to be formulated by board-teacher negotiations.


Any requirements stated in the Negotiated Contract between employees in that certified collective bargaining unit and the board regarding assignment of such employees shall be followed.
