EMPLOYEE OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT
No full time certified teacher, administrator or classified employee may accept other employment or carry on any business or activity for profit that may interfere with the complete discharge of duties as determined by the superintendent. No full time employee shall accept outside employment:
1. which is during the assigned hours of responsibility for the district, and
2. which otherwise does or which may reasonably be expected to result in an inability of the employee to discharge effectively his or her assigned duties.
The board may request the employee to cease the outside employment as a condition of continued employment with the school district.
