It is the policy of the Mitchell schools not to discriminate in any of its education programs, activities, or employment practices on the basis of race, national origin, age creed, marital status, sex or handicap.


Anyone who feels that they have been discriminated against, denied a benefit, or been excluded from participation in any program or activity on any of the above criteria in violation of this policy may submit a grievance to the district who will attempt a prompt and equitable resolution of the complaints alleging discrimination.
